Detailed job description and main responsibilities

Responsibilities
Complete all competency based training as required for the Targeted Lung Health Check programme. This includes Spirometry training and qualification.�
To lead the promotion of good working relationships within the team and ensure good communication between team members and other ward/unit/hospital staff.
To deliver the 'Lung Health Check' process with quality and professionalism.
8. � �To participate in the Care Group quality monitoring programme, auditing standards of care and implementing changes agreed with the Sister/Charge Nurse.

What experience/skills are needed�
Registered Nurse on relevant part of the register.�
Good communication skills
Previous experience of autonomous working.�
Experience working with IT systems and IT skills.�
Ability to work across multiple sites within Southampton which may include a mobile unit, community hospital site, UHS site, RSH site or working from home.�
